📄 Keystone Learning Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Keystone Learning Affiliate Program. By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
To participate, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Represent yourself or a business legally authorized to enter into agreements

Align with Keystone’s mission to serve small and midsize businesses (SMBs)
Keystone reserves the right to approve or decline applications at our sole discretion.
2. Commissions & Payments

Earn recurring commissions on successful client signups via your unique affiliate link

Commission details (rate, schedule, payout method) will be provided upon approval
-
Payouts occur [monthly/quarterly], with a $50 minimum earned
-
Self-referrals or fraudulent activity are not eligible for commission
3. Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates must:

Use only approved materials or obtain written approval for custom content
-
Disclose your affiliate relationship (per FTC regulations)

Avoid misleading, exaggerated, or inaccurate claims
-
Not use Keystone trademarks in paid ads without permission
Keystone may request removal of any unapproved promotional content at any time.
4. Responsibilities
Affiliates are expected to:

Accurately represent Keystone and its offerings

Protect their affiliate link and dashboard credentials
-
Promote Keystone professionally, respectfully, and ethically
5. Use of Branding
Affiliates are granted limited permission to use Keystone logos and materials for promotional use only. All branding remains the intellectual property of Keystone Learning.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your participation at any time. Reasons may include:

Violation of these terms

Misrepresentation or unethical behavior

Inactive or fraudulent account activity
You may also opt out at any time by notifying us in writing.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of material changes. Continued participation constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Keystone is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the commissions paid to you in the last 6 months.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts.
